Short version: DroneScan Pro provides real-time drone radar, alerts, and recent flight history. The Flutter mobile app identifies Android and iOS devices with a unique generated device ID instead of a user email. The Laravel web portal uses user email for account login. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to the DroneScan Pro Android app, the DroneScan Pro iOS app when it becomes available, and the web portal at dronescan.pro. The app is intended for airspace awareness and operational monitoring, not for children.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide accounts, subscriptions, radar monitoring, alerts, device linking, and support.
- Laravel web account data, such as name, email address, password hash, verification status, account role, account status, and login provider information when you use a social login.
- Mobile app device data, such as the unique generated Android or iOS device ID, stable device ID, platform, app installation records, API key status, and app or scanner connection status. The Flutter mobile app does not use a user email as the mobile device identity.
- Subscription and purchase data, such as plan type, start and expiry dates, purchase token hashes, order identifiers, transaction identifiers, product IDs, Stripe subscription identifiers, Google Play verification data, and Apple App Store verification data when iOS purchases are used.
- Radar and location data, such as detected drone identifiers, MAC address or Remote ID fields where available, drone latitude and longitude, altitude, speed, direction, operator or takeoff location when broadcast, timestamps, scanner source, heartbeat status, and raw radar payloads needed to display live maps and recent history.
- Alert and portal settings, such as radar map preferences, notification preferences, alert email addresses, time zone, and history actions.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, user agent, request metadata, server logs, error logs, and abuse-prevention records.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure Laravel web portal accounts using email-based login.
- To identify Android and iOS app installations using a unique generated device ID.
- To link mobile apps, scanners, and portal installations to the correct account or subscription.
- To receive scanner telemetry and show live drone radar, alerts, flight history, and replay features.
- To verify subscriptions and decide which Free or Enterprise features are available.
- To send requested emails, including account messages, device notifications, and new-drone alerts.
- To troubleshoot errors, protect the service, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Location And Radar Data
DroneScan Pro may process precise location data from radar payloads and scanner heartbeat messages while radar monitoring is active. This can include the location of detected drones, the location of a broadcasting operator or takeoff point if available, and the location of the scanner or device if the app or scanner sends it. We use this data to provide the radar map, alerts, recent history, replay, and operational awareness features requested by the user.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We share information only as needed to operate DroneScan Pro or comply with law.
- Service providers that host, store, secure, monitor, email, or support the DroneScan Pro service.
- Payment and subscription providers, including Stripe, Google Play, and Apple App Store services where applicable.
- Authorized users connected to the same account or installation, so they can view the radar data and settings available to that account.
- Government, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by valid legal process or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor organization if DroneScan Pro is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for personal and sensitive data. Passwords are stored as hashes, radar API keys are stored as hashes where possible, access is limited by account permissions, and production traffic should be served over HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your account, device, and API keys protected.
Retention And Deletion
- Radar event history is designed for recent operational history and is automatically pruned from tenant radar storage after approximately 7 days.
- Account, installation, subscription, billing, and security records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and security.
- You can delete individual radar history entries from supported portal features. You can also remove linked installations from the portal.
- You may request account or data deletion by contacting us at hatbazar627@gmail.com or by using our DroneScan Pro Data Deletion Request page. We may keep limited records when required by law or for legitimate security, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Your Choices
- You can choose whether to create a Laravel web account, link a device, enable radar monitoring, or enable email alerts.
- You can manage device installations, radar settings, alert emails, and some history data from the app or web portal.
- You can stop future app-based location collection by disabling location permissions in Android or iOS settings, although radar and map features may not work correctly without required permissions.
- You can contact us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, subject to legal and security limits.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in the country where you live and in other countries where DroneScan Pro or its service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as DroneScan Pro changes, including when the iOS app becomes available. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
